It's only been a month...
A busy one at that! But Happy Christmas to all. Can't wait to celebrate with you, and here's a lot of recent happenings and ponderings.
I forgot to add Simon's perception of the lost little boy. We know he doesn't grasp the fullness and gravity of the situation. Quite frankly, he was excited to see the policemen and their cruisers. But we started talking a long time ago about strangers and leaving home, and the safety of mom and dad. If only we could protect them from all the 'scary.' I know, they will have to experience it for themselves, just as Josh and I did on our own. Thanks, moms and dads, for raising and loving us well, so that we might now have the opportunity to raise our own small beings.
